Defining Plan Notifications

Overview

You need to define notifications for your provider and you are looking for information on how to set up the settings.

Solution

In order to manage the provider settings, one needs to use the Plan/Config user for the provider.

  1. Log in to the Plan UI with the Plan User.
  2. Select the Settings icon from the left, and go to the Plan Notifications section.
  3. Define the threshold value that Plan Design to initiate a consumed allowance notification.
  4. Define the time for initiation of a notification for plan expiries.Screen_Shot_2022-11-18_at_17.38.38.png
  5. Save the Settings using the button on the top right.
