You are looking for instructions on how to create a simple plan with free WhatsApp using Totogi Plan Design.

Solution

Besides the plans with voice, text and data, plans with a specific Content Type can be launched by Totogi Plan Design. 

1. After login, click the Network tab icon on the left bar and go to the Rating Group menu to define Whatsapp as a new rating group under Data. Rating group number is the one that is set on your Network, so if you don’t know it, you need to learn it from Network teams.
2. Go back to the Plans tab by clicking the icon on the left bar and then click the + Plan button on the top right.
3. Select the voice-text-data template and click the New Plan button to start to design.
4. Define a plan name and a purchase fee.
5. If your plan will be a Recurring Plan, define the price for renewals after checking the Auto Renewal check box.
6. If the duration of the plan will be different than 30 days, change the duration.
7. Click the Data feature combo box to add Whatsapp content type to the plan.
8. Define an allowance and click add feature.
9. Plan Design reminds of possible issues that might have been forgotten while designing the plan. Click the “Tests” button, make changes accordingly or just ignore them.
10. Save the plan. The plan is created as a draft plan; launch the plan by choosing the “Launch version”.

Testing

The plan is launched and added to the plans list.
