You are setting up your provider configuration and looking for further details on the settings available in the General section.
In order to manage the provider settings, one needs to use the Plan/Config user for the provider.
- Log in to the Plan UI with the Plan User.
- Select the Settings icons from the left, and go to the General section.
- Update the settings for your provider as required.
Home Country - The location of the provider.
Currency - Local currency of the country to be displayed on Plan Design screens.
Tax Rate - Tax percentage to be applied for the different services.
4. Save the Settings using the button on the top right.
