How do I view details of a specific plan and its versions?
Location: Plans Tab
To view the details of any plan, including its various versions, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Plans tab in the user interface.
- You will see a list of all your plans displayed in groups of 25. Use the filter option to search for a specific plan by name within these groups.
- Click on the plan you are interested in to see detailed information including all versions of that plan.
Where can I find and manage B-Number plans?
Location: Plans Tab -> Dropdown Menu
To access B-Number plans:
- Go to the Plans tab.
- Use the dropdown menu at the top of the tab to navigate to the B-Number Plans tab.
- Here, you can view and create B-Number plans as needed.
How do I understand the subscriber and status information of plans?

Subscribers: This field shows the total number of subscribers enrolled in all Available and Suspended versions of a plan.
Plan Statuses

Draft: The plan is created but not active.

Available: The plan is active and can be assigned to new accounts. Only one version of a plan may be available at a time.

Suspended: The plan is inactive and cannot accept new subscribers. However, existing subscribers will continue until migrated to another plan.

Archived: The plan is no longer active and is kept for audit purposes.
Where can I see what services are included in a plan?

Services: To view the services included in a plan, click on the desired plan in the Plans tab. The services listed are part of the most recently modified version of that plan.
How do I find information on plan fees and last modification date?

For each plan in your list:

Priority, Purchase Fee, and Last Modified: These fields will display the priority level, the fee to purchase the plan, and the last modification date of the most recently updated plan version.
